1. What qualifications do you need to set up a property management company?

2. What are the procedures for setting up a property management company?

1. Approved company name: Before registering a property management company, the company name, business scope, registered address, registered capital, etc. should be considered. Then you need to get the application for approval of enterprise name, fill it out truthfully according to the relevant requirements, and prepare more than five company names as alternatives to improve the probability of successful company registration. The time is usually around 1-3 working days.

2. Submit registration materials: After the name is approved, you will receive a notice of name approval, and you need to bring the notice and the required materials to the industrial and commercial department for submission and review. Secondary qualification:

Four. Property management company registration process

The establishment of a property management company is divided into two parts: business license and qualification declaration.

Business license registration is generally a limited liability company. The registered capital is calculated according to the level of the property management company. Article 6 A newly established realty service enterprise shall, within 30 days from the date of obtaining the business license, submit an application to the real estate administrative department of the municipal people's government directly under the central government or the municipal people's government with districts where the industrial and commercial registration is located with the following documents:
