5-3 The date when Party B notifies Party A in writing to accept the store shall be deemed as the date when the store is returned. Unless Party A agrees to renew the lease, Party B shall return it to the store after the expiration of the lease term of this contract. 7-6 Party A shall assist Party B in handling business declaration procedures or business licenses required by the state, such as industry and commerce, taxation, planning, environmental protection, fire protection, sanitation, communication, design, construction and capacity expansion (if necessary), and provide relevant documents, drawings and materials required for examination and approval. Party A does not charge for such assistance.

Eight. Rights and obligations of Party B
