This commercial building basically belongs to the self-management type and does not need to hire other property management companies. We are only responsible for residential types.

However, if the commercial building belongs to the office building type and the property right belongs to the developer, the developer will generally report to the local real estate administrative department, and divide the property in the same planning area (here, the building) into two administrative areas, and two different properties can provide management services. Even if this solves the actual management division of labor, it is difficult to distinguish clearly in daily work, because the use of public facilities in the region is real, and management and maintenance will inevitably be wrangling.
