How much is the property management fee for only one elevator?

Property contract is a special kind of contract, which is authorized by the owners to sign with the property management company through the resolution of the owners' meeting, and is effective for all owners. If the property management company breaches the contract or fails to fully perform the property management contract, the owner cannot refuse to pay or underpay the property management fee on this ground. Owners have opinions, which can be reflected by industry committees and communities, and require the owners' meeting to form a resolution, so as to change (reduce) the property management fee standard of the property management contract or even dissolve or terminate the property management contract and re-select the property management company. The opinions of this resolution shall account for more than half of the opinions of all owners.
