From the beginning of 2008 to the end of May, I was mainly responsible for the after-sales maintenance of the 1#-4# building of the City Plaza Project Department. With the continuous occupancy of the owners, complaints also occur frequently. In the face of all kinds of small owners, I always face them with a positive and peaceful attitude, try my best to deal with all kinds of problems in the delivery of houses for them, always keep close contact with Tuoji Property, and immediately urge the construction unit to carry out quick and effective maintenance treatment when problems are found, which has left a good impression and reputation on the owners. Of course, these achievements can not be achieved without the strong support of Mr. Li and the leaders of various departments of the company!

In June 2008, another building of the company 1 #-6 # started as scheduled, and I was transferred to the Woye Garden Project Department. A new project, a new starting point, I regard every job given to me by district manager and project manager Li as a precious opportunity to accumulate personal work experience, and the successful completion of work tasks is my only goal. On July 28th, 2008, a grand groundbreaking ceremony was held for the first phase of Woye Garden. According to the characteristics and scale of this project, under the direct leadership of the project manager Li, starting from the organizational structure, the work goal-safety goal: zero casualties. Progress target: 2065438+handover on June 28th, 2000. Quality goal: strive for a provincial civilized demonstration site according to the standard requirements of municipal excellent projects. Do everything according to rules, evidence, behavior, governance, reduce randomness and enhance sense of responsibility.

After the time limit and objectives are determined, the project department requires the construction unit to carefully write the construction organization design and construction plan before the project starts, and at the same time organize the relevant building leaders to train and learn the control points, so as to achieve the purpose of supervising the application. For the common quality defects in construction, the construction unit shall prepare the construction plan, and the project department shall sign it after careful examination, write down the process points and draw the details of the nodes, and unify the practice and distribute it to the supervision unit and the construction unit. Such as: wall masonry engineering, concrete forming and indentation treatment, reserved and embedded engineering of hydropower pipelines, etc. These works are very necessary from the current working situation.

In the usual structural engineering construction, pay close attention to the quality acceptance of reinforcement, formwork and concrete engineering, and establish a whole set of reward and punishment system. Good awards and poor penalties have formed a benign situation of internal competition among construction units.

In the construction of steel bar engineering, I first started from the source of materials, and resolutely removed the steel bars that did not meet the contract constraints and put an end to their use. In the construction of steel bar binding, the supervision unit is required to supervise the key parts in the whole process to prevent the steel bar from missing binding, putting less, spacing and lap length from meeting the design and specification requirements. In order to solve this problem, Mr. Li asked us to carry out pre-control, and issued a stirrup layout diagram of the structural surface. According to this plan, stirrups are added to each floor and building of the construction unit to ensure that the steel bars do not move down and the thickness of the concrete protective layer remains unchanged. Facts have proved that this measure is effective.

In the process of formwork construction, the construction unit lacks quality consciousness and is unwilling to put into production. Only the second floor formwork is invested in each building, which leads to the removal of the upper formwork when pouring, which has a serious impact on the concrete structure. My project department informed the supervisor to issue a shutdown notice and demanded immediate rectification. In order to ensure that the appearance quality and geometric size of concrete will not change and deform after pouring, we require the construction unit to re-compile the form removal plan, and the form removal can only be carried out after the concrete form removal report is clear.

At present, six high-rise buildings in Woye Garden have been constructed to the twelfth floor of the main structure. Through the above-mentioned series of engineering treatment, although some achievements have been made, there are still some problems.
