If this phenomenon occurs continuously, the heating unit shall refund the corresponding heating fee within the whole time period in accordance with the relevant regulations or the agreement of both parties. The specific refund standard is subject to the contract signed by both parties. The general rule is 18- 16 degrees Celsius minus10%; 16- 12 centigrade is 50%; If the temperature is lower than 12℃, it will be returned as 100%.
