2. If the measured temperature is not up to standard, but the temperature is up to standard within 24 hours after temperature measurement, no refund will be given. If this phenomenon occurs continuously, the heating unit shall refund the corresponding heating fee within the whole time period in accordance with the relevant regulations or the agreement of both parties. The specific refund standard is subject to the contract signed by both parties. The general rule is 18- 16 degrees Celsius minus10%; 16- 12 centigrade is 50%; If the temperature is lower than 12℃, it will be returned as 100%.

The heating fee refund process is as follows:

1. If you pay the heating fee and can't meet the heating requirements, you can ask for a refund.

Usually, before the heating is turned on, you can ask to stop heating and refuse to pay the heating fee. But once the heating is started and the fee is paid, it cannot be returned; At the same time, if you don't intend to use the heating fee paid before heating, you can make up the excess heat loss and you can definitely get a refund. You can consult your property and your holding company for relevant procedures. Owners, holding companies and properties should answer the relevant heating agreements. Owners have the right to choose to use idle houses for compensation. If they intend to compensate for the loss before living, they should ask about the relevant regulations of the property, such as water and electricity cuts, reopening, and charging opening fees.

2. If you don't intend to use the heating fee paid before heating, you can pay the heat loss, and the extra money can definitely be refunded.

Urban residential heating area includes indoor heating area, balcony area for heating and public heating area; Among them, when the space inside the sloping roof is used, the space with the clear height between the lower surface of the roof and the ground below 1.2m is excluded, and the space with the clear height between 1.2m and 2. 1m is calculated as 1/2, and all the spaces with the clear height above 2. 1m are included.
