Brief Introduction of China Resources Building Project

China Resources Building is a world-class office building, retail mall and hotel complex. It consists of two main buildings and annex buildings, with a total of 50 floors and a height of178m and 5 floors respectively. There are also three underground parking lots, including shopping malls on the ground floor to the second floor, high-class restaurants on the third to fifth floors of the main building, Hong Kong Exhibition Center on the third to fourth floors of the auxiliary building, and the rest are office buildings.

China Resources Building is not only the headquarters of China Resources Group, but also the office space of its subsidiaries, including China Resources Real Estate Co., Ltd. (42nd floor), China Resources Venture Co., Ltd. (39th floor), China Resources Wufenghang (8th floor) and Independent Police Complaints Council (IPCC) (1006 to 65448).

In June 2009, China Resources Group entrusted Lv Yuanxiang Architects and Arup Engineering Consulting Company to renovate the building. After the transformation, a large number of greening projects were carried out, which reduced the cost and energy consumption and successfully reached the certification level of LEED Green Building Association.
