There are 17 commercial housing projects under construction in our district, including: Yu' an Happiness City on the east side of Xihua Road (except 236 houses registered by the District Direct Adjustment Committee to solve historical problems), Waterfront Spring City Phase IV on the west side of Xinhua Road, other buildings in the lakeside courtyard except Building 8, Huijin Shangcheng on the north side of Jinwei Supermarket and Huijin Yuecheng 1, 2, 3 on the north side of Zhanqian Street. Jinshuiyuan 1, Building 2 and Building 4 in Jinshui Community, Kang Min Building on the south side of Zhanqian Street, Lufu New Town on the north side of Repulse Bay in renmin street, Xuefu Mansion on the west side of Sports Plaza, Wanjia Xuefu Building on the south side of Beihua Road, Building 4 of Jiayuan Community of the Sixth Company of China Railway Third Engineering Group on the south side of Nanhua East Street, Minglu Academy 1 Building on the north side of Zhonghua Street, and Rubik's Cube Panoramic Life Park. The pre-sale permits for three projects, namely, Building 94- 105 of Changyun Jiayuan (Heyuan) on the north side of Nanhua West Street, residential buildings on the 3rd and 6th floors of Jincheng Shangdong Apartment on the south side of Zhonghua East Street, and shops on the 3rd floor of Golden Home Street, have expired, so it is necessary to apply for a new pre-sale permit for commercial housing due to the change of room type structure.

None of the above items meet the sales conditions. Please don't blindly believe in all kinds of sales advertisements or sales promises when buying a house.
