If your purchase contract clearly stipulates the closing time, the developer does not need to make a separate phone call while ensuring the timely delivery of the house.

If the developer or the property management company fails to inform you of the repossession or the exact repossession time in any form, according to Article 42 of the Property Management Regulations, you can ask the developer to bear the property fee before you actually repossess the house.
