Evolution of North China Oilfield

When China Petroleum was reorganized in 2000, North China Petroleum Administration Bureau was separated from North China Oilfield Company and then reorganized professionally. In 2008, North China Petroleum Administration was reorganized with North China Oilfield Company and Dagang Petroleum Administration, and the names and ownership of some units changed. Now, the units listed above have been updated.

One merged with 14 places to form Huaxing comprehensive service office;

The second office was reorganized into Huamei Property Service Office and Mechanical and Chemical Company, and now it belongs to Bohai Petroleum Equipment Company;

Three places merged with thirteen places to form Huayuan comprehensive service office;

Merge fifteen places around to form a gorgeous comprehensive service office;

Six institutes merged with eleven institutes to form Huajia Comprehensive Service Institute;

9 were cancelled and merged into 5;

In addition, a mining area service office (deputy bureau level) has been established to manage the mining area service affairs in an overall way, and all service offices are under its unified management;

The medical center merged with the general hospital;

The first machinery factory, petroleum machinery factory and the above-mentioned mechanical and chemical companies were reorganized into Bohai Petroleum Equipment Company;

The second machinery factory was restructured into Rong Sheng Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd.;

Four drilling companies were reorganized into Bohai Drilling Engineering Company, renamed as the second, fourth, fifth and sixth drilling companies respectively. At the same time, cementing company, logging department, pipe and tool department, drilling technology service company, international engineering company, testing company, research institute and downhole operation company will be merged into Bohai Drilling.

The logging company was reorganized into PetroChina Logging Co., Ltd. and renamed as PetroChina Logging North China Division;

Geophysical Exploration Company was reorganized into Oriental Geophysical Exploration Company and renamed as North China Division of Oriental Geophysical Exploration Company;

The design institute was reorganized into China Petroleum Engineering Design Co., Ltd. (CPE) and renamed as CPE North China Branch;

Two petroleum construction companies were reorganized into China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau and renamed as China Petroleum Engineering Construction Company of China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau;

The transportation company was reorganized as PetroChina Transportation Company and renamed as North China Branch of PetroChina Transportation Company;

The teaching and training center was merged into Hebei Education Bureau and renamed as Petroleum Branch;

Commercial companies are reorganized into independent legal persons;

In 2006, the former Bureau of Science, Industry and Trade Corporation and the former Bureau of Diversified Business Development merged and reorganized to form Hebei Huabei Petroleum Tiancheng Industrial Group Co., Ltd., and diversified enterprises in Renqiu and Hejian (except Bohai Vocational College) were placed under its unified management.

All the remaining unincorporated units of Huabei Oilfield Company were renamed as XX units of Huabei Oilfield Company.

Five places merged with Huamei and became Huamei Comprehensive Service Office.

Huajia merged with Qichu to become Huajia comprehensive service office.

10 was changed to Huada comprehensive service office.

Eight places were changed to Huasheng Comprehensive Service Office.
