Which country did Northeast China belong to during the Three Kingdoms period?

During the Three Kingdoms period, only a part of Liaodong and Korea in the northeast belonged to Cao Wei, most of them belonged to Wuwan, a minority, and some of them belonged to undeveloped areas.
