How to deal with noise in construction property

Weekend construction disturbance can reflect the situation and complaints to the property and the local Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. Relevant laws and property management stipulate the construction time of residential decoration with the owner. For construction with high noise, it should be carried out between 8: 00 am-12:00 am-2: 00 pm on weekdays, that is, it is not allowed to disturb the construction on weekends. People who disturb the community by noise can obtain substantial evidence and protest to the community property.

Protest against residential property. Obtain substantial evidence such as noise generation time and decibel, raise an objection in the property service center, and ask the patient to contact the noise generator in time for rectification. If the property doesn't leave or can't be solved in time, you can contact your neighbors to put pressure on the property and urge the patients to solve it. If you have noise in your life, you can contact the local public security department to make a complaint. If the construction noise caused by people's rest at night disturbs people, you need to contact the local environmental protection department to report it. In streets, squares, parks and other public areas, as well as convalescent areas and scenic spots, without the approval of the people's governments at or above the county level, it is forbidden to use high-power loudspeakers and broadcast propaganda vehicles. Operators of entertainment and sports venues should take effective measures to reduce or eliminate the impact of noise on the surrounding environment. When using household appliances, musical instruments and indoor entertainment activities, the volume should be controlled and no interference should be caused to others.

One of the following acts shall be given a warning by the public security organ and may be fined:

(a) The use of loudspeakers in urban areas where noise-sensitive buildings are concentrated;

(two) in violation of the provisions of the local public security organs, organize entertainment, assembly and other activities in public places such as urban streets, squares, parks, etc., and use audio equipment to produce excessive volume that interferes with the surrounding living environment;

(three) no measures have been taken to emit environmental noise from the home that seriously interferes with the life of the surrounding residents.

Article 2 The term "environmental noise" as mentioned in this Law refers to the sound generated in industrial production, construction, transportation and social life that interferes with the surrounding living environment. The term "environmental noise pollution" as mentioned in this Law refers to the phenomenon that the environmental noise generated exceeds the environmental noise emission standards prescribed by the state and interferes with the normal life, work and study of others.
