What procedures do you need to show when charging parking fees for property?

Legal basis: Article 7 of the Measures for the Administration of Toll License shall be handled according to the following procedures:

(a) the applicant to the local price department to receive the "application form" in duplicate, fill in the form item by item and provide the information required by the application form;

(two) the completed application form should be stamped with the official seal of the unit, signed by the person in charge and sent to the higher authorities for confirmation, and signed with the official seal of the unit;

(3) The competent pricing department shall examine the Application Form for Charging License and the documents approving the charging, and issue the Charging License after approval.

The "Application Form for Charging License" is uniformly printed by the competent price department of the State Council, and printed by the central and provincial competent price departments respectively.

Article 9 A charging unit shall provide the following information when applying for a Toll Permit:

(a) legal and effective approval documents for fees;
