1. The amount of rent reduction and fee reduction shall be subject to the signing of a supplementary agreement on rent reduction and fee reduction on the basis of the original contract and the issuance of an invoice;

3. The enterprise operates normally, is not included in the list of serious dishonesty, pays taxes according to law, and there are no mass incidents caused by labor relations during the epidemic prevention and control period;

4. There are no major violations of laws and regulations in the past three years.

Eligible owner-type and platform-type enterprises should apply to the competent department of the industry before August 18, and submit the application form, rent reduction list, lease contract, supplementary agreement on rent reduction, rent invoice, real estate license and other ownership certificates, loan contract, commitment letter and other materials.
