The time stipulated by different provinces is different, but they are all similar, and the normal rest time of residents is a nuisance. The allowable renovation time is from 7: 00 to 12, 14 to 19. Specific can refer to the requirements of this province. The property management regulations clearly stipulate the construction time. The renovation time of ordinary residential quarters is from Monday to Friday, from 9: 00 am to afternoon 12, and from afternoon 14 to 17: 30. In some loosely managed communities, noise-free construction can be carried out on Saturday, and construction is not allowed on Sunday, unless it is an undelivered community. During the decoration construction in the residential building that has been delivered for use, the construction time should be limited, and effective measures should be taken to control and reduce the construction noise to a certain range to avoid affecting the life of the surrounding owners. If there is no loud noise during construction on Saturday and Sunday, it is not a nuisance.

Precautions for decoration:

(1) If the interior decoration of the residential building exceeds the design standard or specification, and the floor load is increased, the original design unit or the design unit with corresponding qualification grade shall put forward the design scheme.

(2) If there is any change in the waterproof layer of the bathroom and kitchen, the construction scheme should be made according to the waterproof standard, and the closed water test should be done.

(3) If the decorator proposes a design scheme to change the load-bearing structure of the main building by the original design unit or a design unit with corresponding qualification grade, it must entrust a decoration enterprise with corresponding qualification to undertake it.

(4) Decoration construction personnel should have a pass and enter the community with the pass. Decoration personnel are only allowed to work in their own decoration units and are not allowed to get other units and places;

In urban noise-sensitive buildings concentrated areas, commercial enterprises that cause environmental noise pollution due to the use of fixed equipment in their business activities must, in accordance with the provisions of the competent department of ecological environment of the State Council, report to the competent department of ecological environment of the local people's government at or above the county level the status of the equipment that causes environmental noise pollution and the facilities for preventing and controlling environmental noise pollution.
