Why did Yajun of Ziyang Garden stop working?

Did not obtain a building construction permit. According to the announcement issued by the construction unit of Yajun County, the suspension of work in Yajun County of Ziyang Garden was due to the failure to obtain the construction permit. Ziyang High-tech Industrial Park, formerly known as Sichuan Ziyang Economic Development Zone, was established in July 1992, upgraded to a provincial development zone in June/995, and was recognized as a provincial high-tech zone by the provincial government in April/20 17.
