Provisions of Property Law on Greening Trees in Residential Areas

The property has no right to prune the trees in the community. Trees in the city are a part of the urban green space system, and can only be cut, pruned and moved after being submitted to the relevant departments for approval. Those who cut down trees without approval will be punished. Whoever cuts down other people's trees without permission will be convicted and punished by the public security organ for the crime of illegal logging.
