Can the property management room be rented without authorization?

Property management houses are not allowed to be rented without authorization. Property management houses are used by property management units for office or cleaning and security electrician accommodation in their service areas. Unauthorized rental is not allowed. The remaining rent to be rented belongs to all owners, not to the property company. According to Article 37 of the Property Management Regulations, the ownership of property management houses belongs to the owners according to law. Without the consent of the owners' meeting, the property management enterprise shall not change the use of the property management house.
