Chapter 1: Self-inspection report on fire safety inspection and rectification In order to further improve the management level of safe electricity consumption in our unit, strengthen the sense of safety responsibility, constantly improve the internal control system, eliminate the safety hidden dangers of various electrical equipment after peak load operation in winter, and do a good job in the safety inspection of electricity consumption in winter. To ensure the safe operation of all circuits and electrical equipment in our unit and maintain the normal order of electricity consumption. According to Zheng [2013] No.208, [2013] No.211and other documents, combined with the company's business model, the hidden dangers of the company's office areas, warehouses and other key parts were investigated and rectified, which are summarized as follows:

Electricity consumption and electricity safety work not only determines whether our company can operate normally, but also relates to the personal safety of our employees. Our company attaches great importance to this work, and according to the working principle of "prevention first, safety first", we seriously carry out self-inspection of safe electricity use. Our company mobilizes all employees to check the appearance of their electrical appliances, cables, sockets and knives. No abnormalities were found. There is no pandering in the company. The company arranges warehouse personnel to check and record the appearance of each knife, air switch and circuit every day.

Fire prevention, our company organized employees to learn fire safety education knowledge last month to improve their fire safety awareness. Ensure the safety of company personnel and articles. According to the fire management regulations, the company posted warning signs of no smoking and no fire in the warehouse area, classified items and placed fire extinguishers, and found no potential safety hazards such as items occupying fire exits and abnormal fire-fighting facilities.

Through this self-inspection work, all employees of the company have a higher understanding of the importance of fire safety.

Chapter II: Self-inspection Report on Fire Safety Inspection and Rectification After receiving the Notice on Carrying out Fire Safety Inspection and Rectification Activities in Colleges and Universities, our school attached great importance to it and held a special meeting on fire inspection on July 1 1. The meeting was personally presided over by Secretary Wang Xingjie, the school's leader in charge of safety, and all leaders of the staff road management committee, academic affairs office, equipment office, public affairs office, infrastructure office, security office, logistics service center and other relevant departments attended the meeting. Wang Shuji interpreted the spirit of the document of the Education Department and emphasized the necessity and importance of fire safety investigation and rectification during holidays. After listening to the pre-holiday self-inspection reports of various departments, he broke down the tasks of this fire safety investigation and rectification activity.

From July of 12 to July of 15, according to the arrangement of the meeting, the management committee of the staff road, the academic affairs office, the equipment office, the public affairs management office, the security office, the logistics service center and other relevant departments provided office buildings, classrooms, laboratories, single-teaching dormitories, student apartments, canteens and rental rooms for the staff road campus and Xiasha campus of the school respectively. The problems found in the inspection are now reported as follows:

1. Jiaogong Road Campus:

1. Some corridors and steps of the Agricultural Bank of China Building are piled with sundries, and the wiring boards in the toilets are pulled indiscriminately, using flower lines; Room 205 on the second floor of the north side is privately connected with a range hood to cook indoors;

2. The wiring board was pulled randomly in the laboratory of the Institute of Environment, and the gas cylinders were placed irregularly;

3. Some switches in the first-class classroom of chemistry school are damaged, which is easy to leak electricity and get an electric shock;

4. The dirt in the flue of Tujia Hotel and Baijia Hotel rented by the school along the street is too thick;

5. The beauty of renting a house and dancing along the street. People live in the attic of the shop.

Second, Xiasha Campus

1. A teacher's research room uses an old-fashioned unsealed electric furnace;

2. Some laboratories need to increase the number of fire extinguishers, and the location of fire extinguishers is not obvious enough;

3. Some employees found illegal high-power electrical appliances in the dormitory;

4. There are no four fire hoses in 42 civil air defense projects in Qianjiang Bay;

5. The fire-proof glass of some underground garages is damaged;

7. Rent a house along the street on the west side of the gymnasium, and the grease in the flue of Du Jia La Guan is too thick;

8. Employees of the preparatory office of rented houses along the street in northern Zhou Yuping.

In view of the above problems, our school will instruct relevant departments to carry out rectification, and the specific rectification plan will be reported separately.
