The contents that the property company must publicize are as follows:

2. The service items, service standards and charging standards promised in the property management contract shall be publicized within one month after the community docking until the property management terminates the contract;

3. Publicize the actual new items and charging standards of special services, starting from the actual new items of special services and ending the service;

4, motor vehicle site occupation fee waiver application, publicity time, publicity once every six months, each publicity time is not less than one month;

The qualification grade of the property management company is as follows:

1, the first-class property standard, the property has its own security personnel, who will receive the owners at the designated place every day and patrol the area;

3. Class III property standards, and the establishment of a property management office can receive the owners in time and provide some related services;

4. Class IV property standard, with management office, which can receive the owners and register their housing problems, and report to the owners.

The management agreement shall stipulate the use, maintenance and management of the property, the interests of the owners, the obligations that the owners should perform and the responsibilities that they should bear if they violate the management agreement.

Management regulations shall respect social morality and shall not violate laws and regulations or harm public interests.

Management regulations are binding on all owners.
