Legal analysis: entrust a water quality testing institution to conduct secondary water quality testing (not less than 1 time per quarter, including water quality testing after cleaning and disinfection). The test items shall not be less than the mandatory items specified in the Hygienic Code for Secondary Water Supply Facilities: chromaticity, turbidity, smell, visible objects, PH value, total coliform bacteria, total bacteria and residual chlorine.

Legal basis: Twentieth secondary water supply management units or individuals responsible for the daily management of secondary water supply facilities, should do the following work:

(a) within 30 days after obtaining the acceptance form of the secondary water supply facilities and performing the maintenance and management responsibilities of the secondary water supply facilities, it shall be filed with the local health and family planning department. Submit the following materials when filing:

1. Record Form of Secondary Water Supply Units in Huizhou City;

Two water supply facilities acceptance opinions table;

3. Secondary water supply sanitation management system;

4 directly engaged in water supply and management personnel health examination and health training certificate.
