What are the requirements for being a property manager?

Conditions for reporting a property manager:

I. Property Manager (meeting one of the following conditions)

2. Assistant Property Manager (meeting one of the following conditions)

2. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional property manager, he has been engaged in the professional work for more than 3 years.

3. Property manager (in one of the following circumstances)

After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional assistant property manager, he has been engaged in the professional work for more than 4 years continuously, and has been trained by the professional property manager to reach the required standard hours, and has obtained the certificate of completion.

2. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional property assistant manager, he has been engaged in the professional work for more than 5 years.
