The realty service enterprise or the residual manager shall implement the emergency measures and other management measures implemented by the government according to law, and actively cooperate with relevant work. The property management company shall regularly disclose to the owners the service matters, the persons in charge of the property, quality requirements, charging items, charging standards and performance, as well as the use of maintenance funds and the operating income of some owners or report to the owners' committee.
