2. 1. 1 We must fully understand the working principle of the elevator, master the operating rules and ensure the normal operation of the elevator in a good environment.

2. 1.3 When on duty, be responsible, patrol and check frequently to ensure that the operation parameters are within the required range. When patrolling, the main parts of the elevator in operation should be inspected by means of seeing, listening, smelling and touching. If any abnormal situation is found, it shall promptly notify the elevator professional maintenance company for handling. After the completion of the work, it shall sign and accept the maintenance policy of the elevator maintenance unit, and keep a copy of the maintenance policy on file.

2. 1.4. In case of special circumstances or operation failure during the operation, necessary measures shall be taken immediately to avoid accidents as much as possible and reduce losses.

When inspectors or customers find elevator faults, they should inform the front desk assistant, who should inform the maintenance person in charge of the elevator maintenance unit. When the person in charge of maintenance arrives, he should go to the front desk assistant for details. If it is necessary to stop the elevator, protective measures and warning signs should be made in the elevator hall before maintenance. After the maintenance is completed, the person in charge of maintenance shall fill in the maintenance form, which shall be confirmed and signed by the person in charge of elevator equipment, and the attached page shall be submitted to the front desk assistant. The person in charge of elevator equipment shall monitor the elevator maintenance process, refuse to sign if it does not meet the requirements, and report to the competent leader in time. The front desk assistant records the maintenance notice time, arrival time, maintenance time, fault phenomenon, maintenance responsible person and supervision responsible person on the elevator fault maintenance record form. The elevator maintenance unit submits the maintenance schedule to the management service center every month. If there is any change, it is necessary to consult with the person in charge of the management service center. When the person in charge of maintenance arrives at the maintenance responsibility area, he should inform the front desk assistant first, and then start the maintenance elevator after the elevator hall on the first floor of the maintenance elevator completes the protective measures and warning signs. The person in charge of elevator equipment shall supervise and inspect the maintenance contents according to the requirements of the elevator maintenance contract and the elevator maintenance work acceptance form, and sign the maintenance policy only after all the requirements are met. At the end of each month, according to the failure maintenance records and maintenance forms of the month, fill out the Monthly Acceptance Sheet for Elevator/Escalator Maintenance Work. 4 working procedures
