Gao Teng Building Gao Teng Building, formerly known as Baiteng Building, is a 24-storey Grade A commercial office building, located at the intersection of No.318 Fuzhou Road and Henan Road in the central business district of Huangpu District, facing Shanghai Bookstore across Fuzhou Road in the south, Shandong Middle Road in the east and People's Square in the west. Gao Teng Tower has changed owners three times, and was originally developed and built by Singapore Kaide Land. It is 24 stories high, with a total construction area of about 50,000 square meters and a rentable area of 42,000 square meters. In 2004, Goldman Sachs completed its second acquisition of the building. In September 2007, two major investment fund companies, Singapore Pacific Star and German fund company SEB, each completed the acquisition of 50% shares, relocated the project and implemented a comprehensive renovation plan for the building. Taiping Star and SEB spent half a year before and after the renovation and upgrading of the building in stages. The renovation project includes all public areas of the building, including the main entrance lobby, lobby elevator hall, standard floor elevator hall, public corridor, bathroom and greening. Fully considering the requirements of international customers for hardware quality, business environment and supporting facilities, the investors have also planned high-end leisure facilities on the basement and the top floor respectively, and set up an open-air viewing platform on the top floor. After being acquired by Goldman Sachs Group, Baiteng Building was officially renamed as "Gao Teng Building" on June 65438+1 October1,2006, with the English name of "CROSSTOWER".
