Is it a trouble that the owners pull slogans in the residential area because of the inaction of the residential property?

According to the relevant laws and regulations of our country, a procession must be held only after applying to the competent authorities in accordance with the law and obtaining permission. The competent authority refers to the public security bureau of the activity place.

To apply for a procession, a written application shall be submitted, including the purpose, mode, slogan, number, time, place, name, telephone number and address of the person in charge. After the application is submitted, it needs to be reviewed.

During the procession, the relevant laws and regulations should be observed, and the purpose of the procession should proceed from the collective interests, not from the personal point of view, and the procession should not undermine social order.

After obtaining permission from the competent authorities, plans for processions, such as procession routes, should also be made. Processions should not disturb social order, such as blocking roads.

Article 296 of the Criminal Law:

Whoever fails to apply for or obtain permission according to law, or to hold the meeting according to the starting and ending time, place and route permitted by the competent authority, refuses to obey the dissolution order and seriously undermines social order, the person in charge of the assembly, procession and demonstration and the person directly responsible shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than five years, criminal detention, public surveillance or deprivation of political rights.
