1. Negotiate with the property project manager and ask him to deal with the house leakage problem within a time limit. You promise to pay the property management fee after the house leakage problem is solved.

2. Complaints to the competent authorities of the industry shall be handled through consultation by the competent authorities of the industry, and written meeting minutes shall be made. I guess it is the same as the first method.
