Is it legal to ask the property to stop water supply because of water leakage upstairs?

Legal analysis: property companies have no right to take measures to stop water supply. As long as it is not because of serious water leakage, the property has no right to punish the owner for cutting off water and electricity.

Fifty-sixth property security risks, endangering public interests and the legitimate rights and interests of others, the responsible person shall timely repair and maintenance, the relevant owners should cooperate. If the responsible person fails to perform the maintenance obligation, it can be maintained by the property service enterprise with the consent of the owners' meeting, and the expenses shall be borne by the responsible person.
