The property management company is only responsible for the daily garbage removal, not the transportation of decoration garbage, so it can charge the transportation fee of decoration garbage. In the new regulation of Property Law 202 1, the standard of property fee is RMB 0/00 per square meter, including tax, the secondary fee is RMB 0.75 per square meter, including tax, and the tertiary fee is RMB 0.50 per square meter, including tax.
