Does the property have the right to interfere with the owner's decoration?

Legal analysis: legally speaking, there is no right to interfere with the owner's decoration. From the perspective of property law, the house belongs to the owner and the property is interfered by the property right. From the perspective of public safety, when the property management company finds that the owner's decoration is harmful to public safety, it has the obligation to remind the owner and ask the owner to correct it in time. From the contract point of view, the owner should sign a decoration management agreement with the residential property before the decoration, and the property company can manage the owner's decoration according to the decoration management agreement.

Legal basis: Article 942 of the Civil Law stipulates that the property service provider shall, in accordance with the agreement and the nature of the use of the property, properly repair, maintain, clean, afforest and manage some owners in the property service area, maintain the basic order of the property service area, and take reasonable measures to protect the personal and property safety of the owners. Property service providers shall take timely and reasonable measures to stop acts that violate laws and regulations such as public security, environmental protection and fire protection in the property service area, report to the relevant administrative departments and assist in handling them.
