(4) Qualification examination and interview

For the candidates who participate in the interview, the qualification examination will be conducted when the interview notice is issued. At that time, candidates must submit their ID card, graduation certificate (full-time undergraduate graduates of ordinary colleges and universities submit the recommendation form for two-way choice of graduates in 2009), relevant certificates of passing the national judicial examination or obtaining lawyer qualification, household registration certificate, and certificate that the unit agrees to apply for the exam. Candidates who fail to provide valid certificates on the day of qualification review or fail to pass the qualification review according to the above requirements will be disqualified from the interview and the interviewers will be replaced according to the written test scores from high to low.

After the interview, according to the proportion of 50% written test results and 50% interview results, the total score of candidates is calculated by the percentage system.
(5) Physical examination

(6) Evaluation

(7) Employment and management
After the assessment, according to the written test, interview, physical examination and assessment results, determine the list of personnel to be employed, and publicize it on the websites of xinghua city Personnel Bureau and xinghua city Justice Bureau for three days. After publicity without objection, according to the Interim Measures for the Employment of Personnel Agents in Public Institutions in xinghua city, the employment notice will be issued to the personnel to be employed, and relevant employment procedures will be handled.
