I. Recruitment Position, Conditions and Scope
(1) Please refer to the attachment 1 for the recruitment position and basic qualifications.
(2) Other qualifications.

Three. Recruitment procedures and methods
(1) Registration

(2) Qualification examination
1. Preliminary review
The preliminary examination of qualification shall be conducted by Huizhou Port Authority, and the applicant's application materials shall be preliminarily examined according to the application conditions. Applicants should provide the following materials when applying for the exam: (1) Application Form for Open Recruiters in Guangdong Province in triplicate. (2) The original and photocopy of the ID card; (3) the original and photocopy of the household registration book, education, degree and professional title (registration qualification) certificate; (4) the original and photocopy of the family planning certificate, the unit consent certificate and other relevant certification materials; (5) Five recent one-inch color bareheaded frontal photos. Copies of the above materials shall be made in duplicate.
Step 2 review
Before the interview, the employer will send all the application materials of the candidates to Huizhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for review. If the documents (certificates) are found to be incomplete, can't be completed on time or do not meet the qualification conditions for the examination, the qualification for the examination will be cancelled.
(3) Examination
The examination is divided into two stages: the first stage is written examination, and the second stage is interview.
1. written test
The written test content includes the basic knowledge and comprehensive quality of pilotage, and the written test score is calculated according to 100. The specific time and place of the exam will be announced separately.
The written test results and the list of interviewers will be published on the portal of Huizhou Port Authority within 10 working days after the written test.
According to the written test scores of candidates for each position, rank each recruitment position from high score to low score, and determine the interview candidates for each recruitment position according to the ratio of 1:3. If it does not reach 1: 3, the interview will be conducted according to the actual number of people.
interview
The interview content mainly focuses on the candidate's comprehensive ability and practical operation ability. Huizhou Port Authority has set up a recruitment interview team composed of relevant personnel organized by Huizhou Port Authority, with an odd number of not less than 5 people. The interview time and place will be announced separately.
The interview score is calculated according to 100. After the interview, the candidates will be graded and graded on the spot, and the results will be announced on the spot. A score of 60 or more in the interview is qualified.
Candidates should hold their ID card and admission ticket and report to the designated place within the specified time. Failure to report to the examination room within the specified time shall be regarded as giving up the examination.
4. The total test score is calculated according to the following formula: the total test score = written test score ×50%+ interview score ×50%. Sort from high score to low score, and determine the contestants according to the ratio of 1: 1.
(4) Physical examination
After the examination, according to the order of the total examination scores from high to low, the physical examination personnel of each recruitment position will be determined in equal amounts. Physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the Detailed Rules for Physical Examination of Open Recruiters in Guangdong Province (Trial).
(5) Investigation
Candidates who have passed the physical examination shall be inspected in accordance with the Detailed Rules for the Inspection of Open Recruiters in Institutions of Guangdong Province (Trial). The main contents of the investigation include political ideology, moral quality, ability and quality, law-abiding, work or study performance, qualification for registration, family planning, and whether the original employer agrees to transfer (or agree to terminate labor relations).
(6) Publicity
Those who pass the physical examination and inspection are determined to be candidates, and they will be publicized on the portal website of Huizhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the website of Huizhou Port Authority for 7 working days.
If there is a vacancy in the position to be hired due to medical examination or other reasons, it will be replenished from high score to low score according to the total test score. If there is no qualified candidate to fill the position, the recruitment quota for the position will be cancelled.
If there is no objection after publicity, the employment procedures shall be handled according to the relevant procedures and authority, and the employment contract shall be signed.
Four. Relevant explanation
(1) Huizhou Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security guides, supervises and manages the examination work.
(2) Applicants should meet the qualification conditions for posting positions, and the relevant materials provided at the time of registration must be true and accurate, and the contents filled in the Application Form for Open Recruiters of Public Institutions in Guangdong Province are consistent.
