Three. Payment of contract price

Eight. responsibility for breach of contract
1. Party A breaches the contract.

(4) If the real estate cannot be registered in Party B's name due to Party A's reasons, Party A shall bear the interior decoration expenses arising from Party B's occupancy.
2. Party B violates this contract.
