What are the approval procedures for store decoration?

There are three necessary procedures for storefront decoration: storefront signboard, occupying roads and house decoration.

Store decoration owners or their clients shall apply to the County Urban Management Bureau for store decoration and provide the following information:

(1) application;

(2) Facade decoration renderings;

(3) Installation and construction drawings and descriptions of all materials.

After examination and approval, the renovation can only be carried out after obtaining the renovation permit, and it should be completed within the prescribed time limit. If it is necessary to change the project approved by the decoration permit due to special circumstances, the change formalities shall be handled.
