Provisions of the Property Law on the Unit Door

The Property Law stipulates that the specifications, shapes and exterior decoration of the original exterior doors and windows shall not be changed without authorization. The owner changes the entrance door of the unit, which belongs to changing the building structure without authorization. The property has the obligation and responsibility to remind the owners in good faith to stop illegal decoration, and has the obligation to report to the real estate authorities in time if the notification and dissuasion are ineffective, and the administrative law enforcement unit will intervene.
