2. New Village: With the rapid changes, the price of new buildings is also rising gradually. A large number of buildings have sprung up in Wuhu New District, such as lakeside, Chengtou, Pincheng, Dixiang, Rose Garden, Green and Datang. And countless new buildings like Giant Eagle International, Shangshan Beach and Heroes Club have also emerged in the transformation of the old districts. At present, the prices are basically above 4500, and the highest is even above 5500. Second-hand buildings deserve attention. 3. Longnan: the family area of the largest oil field in China. The price of new buildings in Longnan area is basically above 4700, with the average price close to 5000 and the highest close to 6000.
