1. The calculation formula of property fee is: unit price of property fee × building area × months; For example, if Yao's building area is116m2 and the unit price of residential property fee is 1.3 yuan, then the annual property service fee that Yao should pay is 1.3 yuan×116m2×12.

2. Components:

The composition of property service cost or property service expenditure generally includes the following parts:

(1) Manage the salary, social insurance and welfare expenses of service personnel;

(3) cleaning expenses of the property management area;

(4) Greening and maintenance costs in the property management area;
