Staffing standard of property community

The Regulations on Property Service Management stipulates that property service enterprises should allocate personnel according to the construction area and population of residential quarters, and the number of property service personnel shall not be less than 70% of the total number of property service personnel.

Article 17 of the Regulations on the Administration of Property Services stipulates that a property service enterprise shall, according to the scope and content of the property services undertaken, combine the nature, scale and use of the buildings in the property management area, the property service contract signed between the owners' committee and the property service enterprise and other factors, formulate a property service management plan and equip necessary service facilities and personnel. Specifically, the realty service enterprise should rationally allocate service personnel according to the construction area, population, number of buildings and other factors in the realty management area, and set up full-time realty service personnel to be on duty 24 hours a day to deal with the complaints and emergencies of the owners in time. Among them, the number of property service personnel shall not be less than 70% of the total number of property service personnel. In addition, property service enterprises should also provide on-the-job training and business knowledge training for property service personnel to improve their service level and professional quality.

The realty service enterprise shall, according to the factors such as the construction area and population of the residential area, formulate a reasonable realty service management plan and allocate the necessary service facilities and personnel. Among them, the number of property service personnel shall not be less than 70% of the total number of property service personnel.

Article 17 of the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on Property Service Management shall formulate a property service management plan with necessary service facilities and personnel in combination with the nature, scale, use of buildings in the property management area, and the property service contract signed by the owners' committee and the property service enterprise.
