Parking fee standard

1. The garage or parking spaces in the garage where the owners of ordinary residential quarters have property rights or use rights shall be charged with property service fees according to the charging standards of ordinary residential property services.

2, residential and non-residential areas, residential owners according to the residential property service charges, non-residential owners according to the market adjustment price.

According to Article 73 of the Property Law, roads, green spaces, public facilities and property services in residential areas belong to the owners. Article 74 stipulates that parking spaces that occupy roads or other venues owned by the owner for parking cars shall be owned by the owner. The owners of this part of the parking space do not need to pay parking fees, and the rental income also belongs to the owners.

According to the provisions of Article 54 of the Property Management Regulations, those who use the parts and facilities of the property to operate shall go through the relevant procedures in accordance with the provisions after obtaining the consent of the relevant owners, owners' congress and property management enterprises.

2. The parking time at night in the occupied parking lot was changed from 2 1:00- 7:00 the next day to 19:00- 7:00 the next day, which was extended by 2 hours.

3. Vehicles parked in the government-guided parking lot for 15 minutes (inclusive) are free of parking fees.
