Dr. Liu is currently the managing director of Hotel Group, a member of Dongguan, the general representative of Sultanate of Oman in Guangzhou, a collector and a gourmet. The main responsibility is to be fully responsible for the strategic formulation, development direction, investment decision and major management issues of Fu Ying Group under the leadership of the Group's board of directors.

Liu, 1995, his brother founded the group. Since then, Liu has been assisting the chairman of the group to manage and develop various businesses of the group.

At the beginning of the group's establishment, with the spirit of hard work and steady progress, Liu gradually established a good reputation among peers and society, and the company was able to grow and develop slowly. After diligent study, Liu got the qualification certificate of architect, which played a great role in the construction company and enabled the company to develop rapidly.

In the late 1990s, Liu saw the broad development prospects of the hotel industry, so he contracted a three-star hotel as his first attempt. Through hard work, he succeeded in one fell swoop, and as a result, his business flourished. With this experience and my unique vision, I saw the market demand of five-star hotels in that year, and in 2002, I built the first five-star hotel of Fu Ying Group-Fu Ying Hotel, and served as the managing director. Under his leadership, with its unique geographical location, Fu Ying Hotel's operating income has been in the forefront of Dongguan hotels.

With the continuous development of the group, Liu transformed the original furniture manufacturing of the group into commercial home, turned losses into profits for the company and made outstanding contributions to the development of the group. In 2003, Fu Ying Group invested 600 million yuan to build Dongguan Guangming Middle School and Dongguan bright primary school directly under the management of Dongguan Education Bureau according to the standards of "provincial first-class schools", and now they have become one of the "Top Ten Famous Schools" in Dongguan. In addition, Fu Ying Group also actively participated in the tourism industry. In 2005, it invested in the construction of Yue Hui Garden, the largest private garden in China, which made due contributions to the development of Dongguan tourism. On the basis of developing the tourism industry in Dongguan, Liu devoted himself to promoting the cultural spirit. In order to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the public and more effectively preserve and inherit the original cultural value of works of art, Liu Jian set up his own private collection hall and spared no effort to build an art platform for the vast number of collectors to show, communicate, share and interact. Liu Zaiyuan (the largest Lingnan classical private garden in China) exhibited various rare stones, which were well received and affirmed by all walks of life, and won the honorary title of "Top Ten Folk Collections in Guangdong Province" in 20 12.

After years of hard work, cultivation and harvest, Fu Ying Group has now developed into a comprehensive, cross-industry and cross-regional large-scale group company based in Dongguan, radiating the whole country, taking real estate, hotels and education as the leading industries, covering commercial investment, professional markets, furniture, construction, property management, automobiles, film and television, culture and collection. In 20 10, the real estate company under Fu Ying Group also won the honors of the first taxpayer of private enterprises in houjie town and the eighth taxpayer of private enterprises in Dongguan. The development direction of Fu Ying is to become an international enterprise group.
