What does the real estate information include?

According to Article 38 of the Regulations on the Administration of Property Services in Hubei Province, the property service enterprise shall publicize the following information in a prominent position in the property area: (1) the qualification certificate of the property service enterprise, the basic information of the project leader, the contact information, and the complaint telephone number of the property service; (2) Service contents, service standards, charging items, charging standards and charging methods agreed in the realty service contract; (three) the name, qualification, contact information and emergency plan of the daily maintenance unit of elevator, fire fighting, monitoring and other professional facilities and equipment; (four) the property service fees paid by the owners, the allocation fees of public facilities, the use of special maintenance funds for residential buildings, the parts used by the property, and the income and expenditure from the operation of facilities and equipment; (five) the sale, lease, distribution and use of parking spaces and garages in the property area; (six) safety matters such as structural changes in the process of housing repair, decoration and use; (seven) other information that should be publicized. Our bureau has asked property management companies to publicize regularly in accordance with relevant regulations.
