1. Members of this Association are unit members.

Second, the rights and obligations of association members.

1. Rights of members:

The right to vote, to be elected and to vote in the activities of the association;

Give priority to the services of this association;

Have the right to criticize, suggest and supervise the work of this association;

Freedom to join and leave voluntarily.

2. Obligations of members:

To implement the resolutions of this Council;

Safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the association;

Complete the work assigned by this association;

Pay membership dues as required;

Reflect the situation to the association and provide academic papers, investigation reports, research results and other related materials;

Actively participate in the academic activities organized by this association.

3. Any unit applying to join the Association shall first fill in the Application Form for Membership in china property management institute issued by the Association, and then mail the original application form to the Association Secretariat. After the association is approved, it will send a reply letter and a notice to pay the first membership fee.

4. According to the spirit of the Notice of the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the Ministry of Finance on Collecting Membership Fees from Social Organizations (Minshefa [1992] No.27), our association has obtained a license to collect membership fees from social organizations through the Ministry of Civil Affairs, and the membership fees of the association are mainly used to carry out business activities around the purpose of the association, organize various academic conferences and office expenses of the secretariat. All members of the Association must pay the annual membership fee in the first quarter of each year according to the annual membership fee standard set by the Association Council. Those who fail to pay the annual membership fee within one year will be deemed to have voluntarily quit the club and suspended their membership.

Five, the annual membership fee of the member units of the membership fee standard association is RMB 2000.

Payment by intransitive verbs: All member companies can remit money by bank or mail.
