The Establishment and Evolution of Lidu Town

The Spring and Autumn Period (770 BC-476 BC) was the land of wuyue, belonging to "Wu Tou Chu Wei".

During the Warring States Period (476 BC-2265438 BC +0 years), it belonged to Chu and was assigned to Yangzhou County (now Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province).

During the Qin Dynasty (2265438 BC+0-206 BC), he was transferred to Jiujiang County, and the county was in Shouchun (now Shouxian County, Anhui Province). Influenced by Qin Shihuang's pacification of the south and the war at the end of Qin Dynasty, more and more northerners moved south, and Lidu became one of the transitional zones for northern immigrants to migrate from north to south, named "Qingyuan".

During the Western Han Dynasty (206 BC-25 AD), he was transferred to Zhang Yu County (now Lunan, Jiangxi Province).

In the eighth year of Yongyuan in the Eastern Han Dynasty (AD 96), Linru County was subordinate to Qingyuan Town, the 17th township of Linru County. Since then, Du Li has a clear administrative region.

In the ninth year of Emperor Wendi (AD 589), Linru County was renamed Linchuan County. Lidu is Qingyuan Town among the seventeen townships in Linchuan.

During the Zhenguan period of the Tang Dynasty, Li Du built a wharf and named it "Qingyuan Du". Qingyuandu Wharf began to become an important wharf to communicate the cargo flow between the north and the south of Fuhe River, and became a centralized distribution center for surrounding agricultural and sideline products.

During the Northern Song Dynasty, Lijiadu business flourished, and Linchuan county government opened Qingyuan Station in Lijiadu.

During the Yuan and Ming Dynasties, Liducheng began to build banks and docks with stones. Qingyuandu was renamed Lijiadu. The administrative planning of Linchuan in Qing Dynasty was based on the system of Yuan Dynasty, and there were townships, capitals and maps below the county level. Lijiadu was renamed as Mingxian Township, and the township was located in Lijiadu.

The Baojia system was implemented in 2 1 year (AD 1932), and counties were divided into districts, townships (towns), Jiabao and Jiabao. Among them, Lijiadu belongs to the seventh district and is located in Lijiadu.

In the 26th year of the Republic of China (1937), Lianbao was renamed as a township (town) office, and Linchuan County was reduced to 6 districts, 6 towns and 38 townships. Among them, Lijiadu belongs to fourth area, which is located in Lijiadu.

In 37 years (1948), Lijiadu was renamed the third district, which belonged to Lijiadu.

From 1949 to 10, Linchuan county governs 8 districts, 3 towns and 39 townships. Among them, Lijiadu is the third district, located in Lijiadu.

1July 1950, Linchuan county was divided into 13 district, 126 township and 3 towns. For convenience, Lijiadu was renamed Lido.

At the end of 1953, Linchuan county was divided into 14 districts, 1 district-level town, 202 townships and 3 towns. Lido belongs to the third district and is located in Lido.

1956 In March, the district committee was abolished, and eight task forces were set up, and 202 townships under its jurisdiction were merged into 80 townships.

The People's Commune was founded in 1958, which is a unity of administration and society. There are districts, communes, teams and production teams under the county. June+10/October, 5438, Linchuan County 8 1 Township 3 towns merged into 24 people's communes, 2 farms and a state-owned reclamation farm. Among them, Lidu People's Commune was formed by the merger of Lidu Town, Luohu Township and Anyang Township.

196 1 June, Linchuan county adjusted the scale of the commune, re-established 8 districts and 2 committees, and governed 75 people's communes (including 3 town people's communes).

1In July, 1965, Linchuan County established seven district working committees, which governed 63 communes, 3 towns and 2 state-owned farms.

1968 10, Linchuan county abolished the town organizational system and district working committees, and the county's administrative planning was 30 communes and 3 state-owned farms.

1In March, 969, five people's communes, Lidu, Changshanyan, Future, Wengang and Wenzhen, distributed people to Jinxian County.

1984, restore the township system, and there are townships (towns), villagers' committees and villagers' groups in the county. 1June, 984, the village committee was renamed as the village office.
