Is it necessary to pay the property pool fee?

The pool fee is not a property fee. The pool fee refers to the expenses incurred by public parts, such as the electricity fee incurred by corridor lighting, elevator shaft and other parts, and the water fee for maintaining the garden landscape of the community. Unless otherwise agreed, the property management fee does not include the pool fee. The newly implemented "Property Management Regulations" clearly stipulates that public utility fees, garbage cleaning fees and wall smashing fees will be completely abolished.
