Is there any connection between the community and the property?

I don't think so. Community is community, residents' committee and residents' self-governing organization, which manages many streets. Property is a company that only manages the security of a community. If the property wants to enter the community, it has to go to the community for the record, so that things can be handled by someone. There is no superior-subordinate relationship.
