For the garage or parking spaces in the garage where the owners of residential quarters have property rights (use rights), the property service fee (including the garage public lighting electricity fee) shall be charged according to the property service fee standard, and the multi-storey residential quarters, high-rise residential quarters and mixed residential quarters shall be implemented according to their property service fee standards respectively.
