First, it is convenient to go to work. After all, I have to work five days a week, so I have to live in a community not too far from the subway. This community is Long Ze East-West District, Xinlong City, Longhua Garden (Longhua Garden house is older, the room is dark, and the sunshine is not good), Longteng Sixth, Longteng Third, etc. Because these communities are close to the subway, the prices are similar.

Second, shopping and eating are convenient. Generally speaking, the west of Huilongguan is more prosperous than the east, and the main areas are near Hualien and Meilianmei. If you choose the East-West Community in Long Ze, it only takes about seven minutes to reach these supermarkets.

Note: There are also some nice communities around here, such as the third district of Fengyayuan, but there are two bus stops from here to the subway. See if the landlord mind walking for more than ten minutes or taking the bus to the city railway.

Third, there are many partitions in the house in Xinlongcheng, so there are many more people in the family, which is very restless. The use of kitchen and bathroom is very tense, so it can be ignored here.
