1990 to 1997, Han Yongsheng was appointed as an engineer, senior engineer, department manager and deputy general manager of China machinery industry computer technology company. He has also become one of the main leaders of the Sino-German cooperation project "Rationalization Project". The imported product modularization, rapid deformation design technology and PDM technology travel back and forth between China and China every year for research and work, which has been widely promoted and applied in the machinery manufacturing industry. At the same time, Professor Han Yongsheng has cooperated with IDS, the world's most famous provider of process consulting and process design software, in international and bilateral projects for more than 0 years. It is the earliest scientific research and enterprise application of enterprise modeling and business process design in China. China is an academic leader in business process design and mass customization, and the main person in charge of the National 863 Key Research Project "Aviation CIMS Plan". He combines business process design with mass customization, and conducts research and promotion in aviation, clothing, machinery manufacturing, architectural design and other fields.

The strategic management, process change and enterprise informatization have been systematically studied and practiced, and great achievements have been made. During this period, I was also in charge of the National Development and Reform Commission's 863 "E-commerce Project of Textile and Clothing Industry", and served as a professor in the School of Management of the Graduate School of China Academy of Sciences, guiding the research work of doctoral and master students in theory and practice.
