Emergency assembly process steps

(1) Purpose

Through emergency gathering, we can quickly respond to and deal with major emergencies, train team members' quick response and keen ability to emergencies, and ensure that the team is calm, calm, fast and effective.

(ii) Scope of application

The property management department shall, according to the emergency combat readiness orders of the property management office or the property management company, or implement emergency assembly under the following circumstances:

1. Sudden major robbery, murder, sudden attack by criminals on business households and employees of the company, etc. ;

2. Threatened and attacked by fire, flood, earthquake, typhoon and other natural disasters;

3. Emergency tasks or major accidents assigned by superiors;

4. Emergency assembly planning exercise.

(three) the emergency assembly exercise plan usually stipulates the following items:

1. Location, access roads and their differences of the emergency assembly site;

2. Alarm signal and notification method;

3. Time limit for each squadron to reach the assembly point;

4. Dress and carrying equipment requirements;

5. Adjust the service organization and communication mode;

6. Action plans of squadrons;

7. Organization, responsibilities and precautions of the left-behind personnel.

(4) In order to improve the emergency action ability of the property management department, it is generally practiced once every quarter, and the specific time is determined by the responsible comrades of the department according to the phased tasks or safety management.

(5) Requirements:

1. Wear camouflage clothes, no hat, rubber shoes, sports shoes, barefoot and slippers;

2. Don't talk loudly during emergency assembly, and the voice of the whole team should not be higher than 20 decibels;

3. All squadrons, classes and dormitories must arrange the left-behind personnel to be responsible for the safety service of each dormitory area.
