The design of the gate looks atmospheric and charming, and the security officer at the gate looks heroic, as if it were a luxury hotel. Through the introduction of community establishment and management by community workers, I think the following points are worth learning:

I feel the same way about the maintenance warranty period of the project. Take the access control and house seepage in my community as an example. The warranty period is three years and five years respectively. At this time, the owner first found the property and asked for a solution, but we always deal with builders and developers, one contact list after another, and then call again and again, which is really futile.
The owner also thinks that our property is inaction, and the three-year warranty period for access control expires in September this year. At this time, the construction party came to the community and asked us to count the room numbers with access control problems, and also divided them into three or six. For more serious cases, such as two video lines are broken, it is classified as non-maintenance, and the elevator calls and probes of the other three units cannot be displayed. Through face-to-face communication with the order captain of the platinum age community, I feel that their management of security has made me realize the shortcomings in many places. They have a wide jurisdiction and few personnel, and can manage the public security facilities in the community very well. They carry out the responsibility system and do everything they say and arrange. There are no conditions to speak of, and the company's system must be strictly implemented. What about us? If you are not satisfied with the assigned work, you have to be picky. The arranged work can't be finished on time, and we have to talk about the conditions. This is also my management mistake, which has brought great problems to the quality of work. Because of the poor quality of work, it also brings a very bad feeling to the owners. This is one of the gaps.
Learn and understand the posts of the Platinum Age community. There is an owner's information form at the door, and people entering and leaving must register with valid certificates. The monitoring facilities are relatively better than ours, and there is anti-monitoring. The monitoring staff also looked at the battery library, and the monitor on duty was patrolling at any time, and he did a very good job himself. Because I didn't have enough courage when I first came into contact with the property, it was very difficult to carry out the work. I will change my management style and try my best in the next step.
